Graceful Care Unlimited is a non-profit organization
Based in Kuilsriver, South Africa, dedicated to providing primary health care services directly to the community. Established to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, we offer compassionate and timely health promotion and prevention services to the most vulnerable individuals in the area. People choose Graceful Care Unlimited for their commitment to quality care and their focus on building community well-being with dignity. By investing in staff development and innovative training programs, we ensure effective and professional health care delivery to enhance social cohesion.
Target Audience
Primary Audience: Patients, caregivers, nurses, healthcare professionals, donors, etc.
